Our client was finding that their website was generating a very low number of qualified sales leads coming from their websites. They recognized that they needed to update these websites to make for a more engaging customer experience and convert more visitors to leads. They were working with Omniture software, but it was not set up most effectively and they were not using the data results to make adjustments appropriately.
They also faced challenges with their URL structure, as the search engines were not scanning their website pages, and very few client website pages could be found on search engines. The pages on the websites were not set-up for specific keywords (priority terms) to appear in the organic search engine results. In addition, they were only receiving referrals from only 22 unique domains (referral sources) with limited to no rankings on any major search engines. |

| ClearGauge assessed, analyzed and proposed a new structure for Omniture tracking and also developed dashboard capabilities. Based on these efforts, ClearGauge was able to make better recommendations on how to improve their website. ClearGauge consulted the client on URL structural issues, suggested many valuable referral sources, conducted research to identify specific keywords (priority terms), to appear in the organic search engine results. |

| Impact |
| As a result of these combined efforts, over 90% of their website pages can be found and the client is not experiencing any URL structural issues. The client is now receiving referrals from 124 unique domains (referral sources), and have optimized their website for the recommended specific keywords (priority terms), they now have top rankings on the major search engines. |
